AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of

Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1500 Hilton Avenue from RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) Zoning

District to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby

amended by changing the aforementioned property from RMF2 (Residential

Multi-Family 2) Zoning District to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning

District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia, being know and designated as Lot Four (4), Block 8, of that

subdivision of land known as WILDWOOD CIRCLE, as said lot and block are shown

on a map or plat of said subdivision recorded at Deed Book 62, Page 289, in the

office of the Clerk of Superior court of Muscogee County, Georgia, said lot

fronting Westerly on the East side of Hilton Avenue, 80 feet, and running back

of even width , a distance of 175 feet. The above property is also shown on a

map or plat entitled ?Revised Map of Wildwood Circle?, dated June 10, 1965, by

Hugh McMath, and recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 19, in the office of the

aforesaid Clerk.

The above described property is conveyed to the parties of the second part

(Grantees) as tenants in common, for and during their natural lives, and, upon

the death of either of them, then to the survivor of them, in fee simple,

together with every contingent remainder and right of reversion, and to the

heirs and assigns of said survivor.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the

rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in

anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said

parties of the second part, as tenants in common, for and during their joint

lives, and upon the death of either of them, then to the survivor of them in

fee simple, together with every contingent remainder and right of reversion,

and to the heirs and assigns of said survivor.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia

held on the 10th day of March, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular

meeting of said Council held on the day of ___________, 2015 and adopted

at said meeting by the affirmative vote of __ members of said Council.
