Board Meeting Minutes
June 21, 2011
A Meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council was held at the
Government Center, 1st Floor Conference Room, 100 10th Street, June 21, 2011.
Members Present: Clementine Cochran, Andrea Franklin, Harold Funderburg, Sally
Haskins, Charles McDaniel, Marvin Moore, Carla Thomas
Members Absent: Jose Cardona, Bradford Haines, Kim Jenkins, Claudya Muller
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Harold Funderburg, Chair. A quorum was
present.
The Minutes of the March 15, 2011 Meeting were approved as presented.
The Board was provided an update on the Entitlement Funding Budget approved by
City Council during the month of June. The budget was adopted by Council with
changes to both CDBG and HOME budgets. A copy of the budget as changed/adopted
was provided to the Board.
The Board was updated on the status of the submission to HUD of the City?s Five
Year Consolidated Plan and its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. HUD
will review the documents for approval.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
