I. WHITTLESEY ROAD PROJECT, MUSCOGEE COUNTY RAILROAD FORCE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT:
Authorization is requested to execute a Three Party agreement between
the Georgia Department of Transportation, Central of Georgia Railroad Company
and the City for reconstructing the Whittlesey Road railroad crossing and to
run traffic signal interconnect across railroad right-of-way. An agenda

II. ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION GRANT - WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM -
COMMUNITY ACTION FOR IMPROVEMENT, INC.:
Authorization is requested to execute an Agreement with Community
Action for Improvement, Inc. (CAFI) for an amount not to exceed $400,000 to
administer the Weatherization Program. An agenda report and resolution are

III. STREET ACCEPTANCE - PALAZZO PLACE, PROMENADE PLACE, PATINA PLACE AND THAT
PORTION OF ORIANA DRIVE LOCATED IN THE PROMENADES:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Palazzo
Place, Promenade Place, Patina Place and that portion of Oriana Drive located
in The Promenades. The Department of Engineering has inspected these streets
and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are

1. Recycling Operations and Maintenance Services (Annual Contract) ?

Scope of RFP
Provide recycling processing equipment, provide operations and maintenance of
the equipment and the facility, market the processing capacity of the
facility, market processed recyclable materials, and assist CCG with public
education services. Contract term shall be for ten (10) years, with the
option to renew for five (5) additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal
will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
2. Concessionaire Services at the Government Center Complex (Annual Contract) ?

Scope of RFP
Provide the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) concessionaire services
at the Government Center Complex. The term of the contract will be three (3)
years with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month
periods.

Scope of Bid
Qualified vendors are requested to submit bids for Digital Radio
upgrade for METRA buses. The equipment must be compatible to the Motorola
certified equipment currently utilized by the City.
2. Merchandise & Portable Food Services/Skateboard Park (Annual Contract_ - RFB

Scope of Bid
Contract with a vendor to provide skateboard parts and accessories; skateboard
safety equipment; skateboard apparel and portable food and beverages for Parks
and Recreation?s customers at the Parks and Recreation Jonathan Hatcher
Skateboard Park. Contract term shall be for two years, with the option to
renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be
contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.

Environmental Park ? RFP No. 12-0008
Columbus Consolidated Government is looking for qualified developers/operators
to submit a proposal for the development of certain City-owned property located
in Oxbow Meadows Environmental Park. The success of the City?s 16-mile
Riverwalk project has prompted interest by the City to target portions of
vacant Oxbow Meadows land for additional community improvements.
