An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at the north east portion of 6087 Technology Parkway from HMI (Heavy
Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning
District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from HMI (Heavy
Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning
District:
Beginning at a point marking the Southwesterly intersection of Chatsworth Road
and Technology Parkway and whose Northing is 921258.75 and whose Easting is
2088781.20; thence bearing S 51-30-13 E a distance of 26.30 feet to a point;

The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following
condition:
1. Parking shall be restricted to 2,100 parking spaces. Any request for
parking changes shall be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA).
