An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4801 Old Cusseta Road and all properties along the new cut of
Antietam Drive from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) and GC (General
Commercial) Districts to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2
(Single Family Residential 2) and GC (General Commercial) Districts to RMF2
(Residential Multi-Family 2) District:
Part of Land Lot 5, 7th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of the Easterly Right-of-Way line
of Old Cusseta Road with the Southerly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive and
run thence North 68 degrees 14 minutes 15 seconds East along the Southeasterly
Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive, a distance of 92.93 feet to an iron pin;
thence run along the Southeasterly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive along a
curve to the left having a radius of 341.18 feet, an arc distance of 90.76 feet
to an iron pin; thence run North 52 degrees 59 minutes 45 seconds East along
the Southeasterly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive, a distance of 863.25
feet to an iron pin; thence run North 37 degrees 00 minutes 15 seconds West
along the Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive a distance of 60.00
feet to an iron pin; thence run South 52 degrees 59 minutes 45 seconds West,
along the Northwesterly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive, a distance of
863.25 feet to an iron pin; thence run along the Northwesterly Right-of-Way
line of Antietam Drive along a curve to the right having a radius of 281.18
feet, to an arc distance of 74.79 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 68
degrees 14 minutes 11 seconds West along the Northerly Right-of- Way line of
Antietam Drive a distance of 82.29 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 49
degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West along a mitered corner formed by the
intersection of the Northwesterly Right-of-Way line of Antietam Drive with the
Easterly Right-of-Way line of Old Cusseta Road a distance of 20.97 feet to an
iron pin; thence run along the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Old Cusseta Road
along a radius to the left of 1940.08 feet, an arc distance of 80.43 feet to an

The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:
A smoke disclosure statement shall be required in all lease agreements. A
sample smoke disclosure statement is attached to this ordinance and a completed
smoke disclosure statement shall be filed by the developer or subsequent
grantor with the Clerk of Council and the Clerk of Superior Court.
A noise disclosure statement shall be required in all lease agreements. A
sample noise disclosure statement is attached to this ordinance and a completed
noise disclosure statement shall be filed by the developer or subsequent
grantor with the Clerk of Council and the Clerk of Superior Court.
