Attitude of Property Owners: Thirteen (13) property owners within 300 feet of the

subject properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning

Department has not received any comments in regards to this case.



Additional Information: The purpose of this rezoning request is to allow the development of

a 70-unit senior housing community called North Lake Senior Village. The

applicant is proposing to build 14-one bedroom and 56-two bedroom apartments

and also provide 138 parking spaces.



The proposed development is proposing to have 3 entryways, two on Veterans

Court and one on Northlake Connector through an easement.



This property was rezoned back in 2000 to GC with four conditions. The

conditions are specified under Ordinance #00-46 (enclosed).
