Attitude of Property Owners: Thirty Six (36) property owners within 300 feet of the
subject properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning
Department has not received any comments in regards to this case.
Additional Information: The applicant is proposing to subdivide the two (2) existing lots
into eleven (11) new lots between 10,190 sq. ft. and 22,683 sq. ft.
The Billings Crossing subdivision located north of 5635 and 5653 Billings Road
was rezoned from SFR1 to SFR2 with conditions back in 2005 under Ordinance #
05-74. The applicant is proposing one condition in order to provide continuity
with the previously approved rezoning case.
