Follow-Up with Ms. Dorsey from Enrichment Services concerning partnership on
Ramp Projects. Ms. Dorsey reported they are looking at a donation of $5,000.00 for
Mayor?s Committee Ramp Projects. Will give me updates soon. Mitzi suggested
presenting the pledge in a formal proposal to Ms. Dorsey. I will work on
completing this task.
Talked with Roni Reagan from Mission Columbus concerning resources for
providing thresholds for wheelchair accessibility for employee/volunteer at

accessibility needs (Convalescence Care?Angie Ginter)
Received call to contact Diana Hatfield (Sr. Case Manager) Goodwill for next
MCPD Meeting?to join as volunteer/ membership. Returned call with information.
Prepared and attended Mayor?s Committee Meetings. Will work on tasks assigned
and do follow-ups/updates.

Received call from Metra (Crystal), to confirm attendance for the Communities
in Motion Event hosted by Metra. Sent out request to Mayor?s Committee members for
confirmation.
Received return call from Dr. Baker. Restated her interested in joining the
Mayor?s Committee.

Received call from Jamie Young (Social Worker) from Hampton Center requesting
information on the Mayor?s Committee. 631-702-1000. Returned call to Ms. Young and left
message.
Received call from Evelyn Young (referral from Area Agency on Aging). Has
disabled father in need of resources and assistance for utilities, home health
assistance and other resources. 706-221-3831 Referred Ms. Young to community resources?
Chattahoochee Valley Episcopal. Ministries, Contact 211, SOURCE of Medical
Center and housing choices.
Received call from Susan Knight to update me on her health condition and her
ability for involvement for upcoming Mayor?s committee events.

announcements.
