CITY MANAGER'S AGENDA

I. VETERANS COURT GRANT:
Approval is requested to accept a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council's Grant
in the amount of $62,835, or as otherwise awarded, for the purpose of funding
the Muscogee County Veterans Treatment Court and to amend the
multi-governmental fund by the amount awarded. The grant amount is $62,835
with a local match of $6,982. The grant is a yearly award starting July 1,
2016 through June 30, 2017.
II. MENTAL HEALTH COURT GRANT:
Approval is requested to accept a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council's Grant
in the amount of $190,180, or as otherwise awarded, for the purpose of funding
the Muscogee County Mental Health court and to amend the multi-governmental
fund by the amount awarded. The grant amount has a required local match of
$21,131, for a total award amount of $211,311. The grant is a yearly award
starting July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
III. PURCHASES:
Approval is requested of items "A" thru "D":
A. Security Surveillance Equipment - Public Works and Miscellaneous Locations
(Annual Contract)
B. Inmate Supplies (Annual Contract)
C. Roof Replacement at Fire Station 4
D. Additional Engineering Services for Forrest Road Improvements

Scope of Bid
Provide construction services to widen 2.21 miles of Forrest Road, from Floyd
Road to Schatulga Road. All work shall be performed in accordance with
standard specifications of the Georgia Department of Transportation, current
edition, as approved by the Federal Highway Administration.
