An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located on the north portion of the GC portion of 1701 Williams Road from GC
(General Commercial) District to RO (Residential-Office) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from GC (General
Commercial) District to RO (Residential-Office) District:
Commencing at the iron pin forming the intersection of the east right of way
line of Whitesville Road and the north right of way line of Williams Road; from
said point of commencement running in an easterly direction along a curve
having a radius of 896.67 feet and an arc distance of 388.16 feet to a point;

point; thence run along a radius of 279.75 feet a distance of 218.22 feet to a

distance of 68.92 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning
(POB) of the proposed Residential-Office (RO) zoning; thence run S 19 degrees
