AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for Columbus,
Georgia so as to amend certain sections of the Unified Development Ordinance of
the Columbus Codes so as to alter the Permitted use table to allow for
convalescent or nursing facilities within the Zoning district of CO (Commercial
Office).

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 3 of the Unified Development Ordinance is hereby amended by amending
Table 3.1.1. to read as follows:

SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
