TO THE CITY MANAGER:
BILLBOARDS & MULTI MESSAGE SIGNS:
Have the staff to prepare a work session on the billboard and
multi-message signs. Also when we have the work session, let?s invite
individuals in the industry to include representatives of CBS Outdoor. Let?s
make sure that as part of the work session, we include information on ?cap and
replace?. (Request of Councilor Allen)
Also, let?s contact the National League of Cities with respect to using
the multi-use signs on highways and provide a presentation. (Request of
Councilor Anthony)

RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD:
Have the staff look into disbanding the Recreation Advisory Board, or
expanding their duties and responsibilities and provide an update. (Request of
Councilor Davis)
