Board Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2010
A Meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council was held at the
Government Center Annex Building, 420 10th Street, September 21, 2010.
Members Present: Clementine Cochran, Harold Funderburg, Sally Haskins, Kim
Jenkins, Chuck McDaniel, Claudya Muller
Members Absent: Jose Cardona, Andrea Franklin, Bradford Haines,
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Mark McCollum, Interim Director, Community
Reinvestment. A quorum was not present. The Minutes of the March 16, 2010
Meeting were not approved due to the lack of a quorum.
Those Board Members in attendance were provided a general overview of the
responsibilities of the Board and its purpose. Most of the Board Members in
attendance are newly appointed. The Board was also provided an update on the
status of several items to include the CAPER Report, Stimulus funds.
The Board discussed the Entitlement Funding process and the due date for the
applications requesting funding for FY 2012.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
