1. Cable Television Services (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 15-0010

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting proposals from qualified

companies to provide Basic Cable Television Service, to include the local

Columbus Government access channel, for City buildings and annexes as indicated

in this solicitation.



September 24, 2014

1. Portable Toilet Rental & Service (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 15-0007

Scope of Bid

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia (the City) is seeking vendors

to provide portable toilets, hand washing stations and grey water collection

containers at various City location sites. The contract term will be for two

(2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month

periods.



2. Tree Removal Services (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 15-0008

Scope of Bid

Remove trees (and all related debris) throughout the City on an ?as needed?

basis. The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to renew

for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.



3. Riverwalk Project-14th Street Plaza ? RFB No. 15-0006

Scope of Bid

Provide construction of the proposed Riverwalk Plaza located on 14th Street

between Broadway and the 14th Street Bridge in Columbus, Georgia. The work

primarily involves demolition of existing street pavement and concrete curb and

gutters and construction of a vehicular and pedestrian friendly Plaza area at

grade with landscaping and site furnishings.



The governing specifications for this project, including such items as bidding

requirements, general conditions, technical specifications and related items,

shall be in accordance with the State of Georgia, Department of

Transportation-Standard Specifications, Construction of Transportation Systems

and Supplemental Specifications, 2001 Edition or as amended.

1. Utility Audit Services ? RFP No. 15-0012

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting proposals from qualified firms

to perform utility audits in the following areas: Option 1 ? Energy Utilities

(including: electricity, street light, natural gas); Option 2 ? Water and

Sewer; Option 3 ? Telecommunications (including land line and cellular phones);

and Option 4 ? Cable Services (including television, internet, etc.). Firms may

submit proposals for any or all options. Each option will be considered

separately.



November 26, 2014

1. Redevelopment Plan for Claflin School ? RFP No. 14-0002

Scope of RFP

The City of Columbus is requesting proposals from experienced, creative

architects, building and real estate development firms OR a philanthropic

individual or nonprofit group to present a redevelopment plan for adaptive

reuse of the Claflin School building that will be consistent with applicable

deed restrictions and preserve the historic site.
