Scope of RFB
The proposed project will consist of a Park and Ride facility with attached
parking and sitting area to service the Warm Springs Bike Trail. The project
site is located near Peachtree Mall between Reese Road and University Avenue.

Avenue, 12th Street, 35th Street, Benning Drive, Blackmon Road, Broadway,
College Drive, East Highland Area, Forest Avenue, Howard Avenue, Jay Street,
Ormand Drive, Veterans Parkway, and Victory Drive. All construction work shall
be performed in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation ?
