(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-02-18-0308: An ordinance rezoning approximately .32

acres located at 4907 & 4909 11th Avenue (Parcel #'s 032-012-006 &

032-012-007). The current zoning is SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) zoning

district. The proposed zoning is RMF1 (Residential Multifamily 1) zoning

district. The proposed use is duplex. The Planning Advisory Commission and

the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: David Fox (Councilor

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-03-18-0424: An ordinance rezoning approximately 5.38

district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial). The proposed use is

shopping center. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
