AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district
located at 976 Lake Rushin Drive from NC (Neighborhood Commercial with
Conditions) District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial with Amended Conditions)
District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described properties from NC
(Neighborhood Commercial with Conditions) District to NC (Neighborhood
Commercial with Amended Conditions) District:
PARCEL ONE:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 137 and
138 of the Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being know
and designated as LAKE RUSHIN HEIGHTS, LOT 14, PROPERTY OF A.G.WELLS, as said
lot is shown upon a map or plat of said Subdivision, dated June 21, 1954, made
by G.V. Carr & Co., and recorded in Plat Book 11, Folio 30, in the Office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference
is made for the particular location and dimensions of the property herein
conveyed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
12th day of May, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the _______ day of __________, 2015 and adopted at said meeting
by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
