I. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - LAGRANGE AND TROUP COUNTY:



Authorization is requested to execute separate Intergovernmental

Agreements with LaGrange, Georgia and Troup County, Georgia for use of the

Columbus Regional 800 MHz Radio Communication System. An agenda report,

II. ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY - 1026 FORT BENNING ROAD:



Authorization is requested to purchase 0.3 +/- acre of property for

$26,500 at 1026 Fort Benning Road adjacent to 35 +/- acres of property

assembled for redevelopment in the Enterprise Zone. An agenda report, map and

III. TRANSFER PROPERTY - ENRICHMENT SERVICES PROGRAM, INC.:



Authorization is requested to transfer a portion of 2.07 +/- acres of City

property off Regency Drive to Enrichment Services Program, Inc. (ESP, Inc.) to

construct a new Head Start Center. An agenda report, maps and resolution are

IV. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - JUVENILE DRUG COURT GRANT:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,

accept up to $300,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice

Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to establish a

mentoring program and other services. An agenda report and resolution are

V. STREET ACCEPTANCE - THAT PORTION OF FORTSON BUSINESS PARK REPLAT OF LOT 300

REPLAT OF PART OF LAND LOTS 271 & 293, 19TH DISTRICT:



Authorization is requested to accept a deed to that portion of Fortson

Business Park Boulevard Replat of Lot 300 Replat of Part of Land Lots 271 &

293, 19th District has six commercial lots. The Department of Engineering has

inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map

1. Annex Building Exterior Waterproofing ? RFB No. 10-0057

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to waterproof approximately 14,000

sq. ft. of EIFS walls with new sealant and specified elastomeric coating.

Install approximately 575 linear feet of new gutters with 14 new downspouts.

Perform roof repairs to blisters and flashing on modified bitumen roof

membrane.

1. Security Surveillance Equipment for Department of

Transportation/METRA (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 10-0024

Scope of RFP

Provide new and replacement security surveillance equipment and maintenance for

Department of Transportation/METRA. Contract term shall be for two years with

the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Contract

renewal shall be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the

Contractor.

1. Scale System Data Collection Software ? RFP No. 10-0021

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is seeking proposals for a

vendor to provide software for the scale system at two (2) inert landfills and

one (1) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfill in Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia. The software will track every aspect of landfill transactions.
