(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-11-18-2019: An ordinance rezoning property at 5404 Moon
Road. The current zoning is SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2). The proposed
zoning is SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) and the proposed use is single
family homes. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommended approval. Applicant is RE/MAX Executive Group. (Councilor Crabb)
