I. CLAFLIN SCHOOL PROJECT LEASE AMENDMENT:



Approval is requested to amend the current lease agreement with Friends of

Historic Claflin, Inc. to extend the lease term, and incorporate additional

requirements needed to satisfy the investors for the project. FHC and Oracle

Consulting Services are requesting amendments to the existing lease agreement

in order to finalize the financing needed to start construction. Based on the

request, staff is recommending that the lease agreement and any other

agreements between the parties be revised as follows:



? Extend the term of the lease agreement from 45 years to 65 years.

? Allow provisions to be added to the lease agreement to use the building as

collateral to allow for financing to be obtained.

? Add language to the lease agreement that specifies that the property will

revert back to the City at the end of the lease term.

? Combine all relevant portions of previous lease amendments, MOU, etc. into

one document.





II. DONATION FOR COOPER CREEK TENNIS CENTER:



Approval is requested to accept a donation given by an anonymous donor for

Cooper Creek Tennis center in the amount of $90,000 that is to be used for

adding Pickleball Courts to the facility.

C. Promotional Testing Services for Sheriff Office

D. Air Conditioner Replacement for Department of Information Technology

Scope of RFB

Provide, repair and maintain color photocopiers which will be utilized by

multiple Departments within the Columbus Consolidated Government at various

City locations. The term of this contract will be two (2) years, with the

option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.
