Just got confirmation from Eileen, (Dr. Wrights asst.), that Dr. Wright will
also be in attendance at council on the 26th. I will present but I know the
council likes to hear from him and may have questions. We should be good to go
as long as all the paperwork gets approved to get put in the packets.
No need to respond, just letting you know we will be ready for council.

Yes maam, I will be there. You wont ever have anything of mine in council
without me unless I'm in the hospital. I will be back on Monday the 25th and
Charles Tate fixed my laptop so I will have access to my laptop and records all
week.

All,
Today I sent you the contracts for five grant proposals that have been approved
by my Board. I need these to go before Council on the June 26th in order to
utilize funds allocated from the current budget. Director Hodge and I have
discussed this and is aware of the total amount.
I will be gone next week but will have access to email and hope to have access
to a wifi if needed. Thank you for the help in this matter and helping the
Office of Crime Prevention is its mission.
