Planning Departments Recommendation: Conditional approval based on the fact that it is

compatible with existing land uses and is in an area of transition. The

addition of new single family homes will help stabilize the residential quality

of the area. The recommended conditions are: 1) Lots 30 and 31 on the attached

site plan shall utilize a dual shared driveway with private property

turnarounds on each lot; 2) Lot 32 shall have a private property turnaround;

and 3) the aforementioned site plan shall be attached to the ordinance for

reference.
