An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 1710 Buena Vista Road from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning
district to RO (Residential Office) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) zoning district to RO (Residential Office) zoning
district:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Muscogee
County, Georgia, being known and designated as Building #1710, William D. Swift
and W.D. Swift, containing 1.5499 acres, as said lot is shown on a map or plat
entitled ?Survey for E.W. Swift and W.D. Swift, part of land lot 60, Coweta
Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia?, dated May 1982, by GV Carr & Co.,
and recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 36, in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is hereby made
for a more particular description and location of said lot.
Situated upon said property is building numbered 1710 Buena Vista Road,
according to the present system of numbering buildings in Muscogee County,
Georgia.
Subject to all valid and enforceable easements, restrictions and covenants of
record applicable thereto.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
14th day of December, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the _ _ day of_____________, 2010 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
