O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 7590 Moon Road is proposed for rezoning
from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) zoning district to RMF2 (Residential
Multi Family 2) zoning district. (23-CA-09-McKenna) (Council McDaniel) The
proposed use is for Multi Family Residential. The Planning Advisory Commission
and the Planning Department recommend approval.
(2) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance providing a moratorium of one hundred and twenty
(120) days on filing applications for billboard and multi-message signs.

(3) 1st Reading - Property located at 8385 Heiferhorn Way is proposed for
rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial)/SFR2 (Single Family residential 2)
zoning district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.
(24-CA-09-Powell) (Council McDaniel) The proposed use is for an Animal
Hospital. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning
Department recommends conditional approval.
(4) 1st Reading ? An Ordinance establishing the rules for the Rails-To-Trails
pedestrian and biking trail; and for other purposes. (Councilor McDaniel)
(5) 1st Reading ? An Ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in Columbus,
Georgia by weight limitations and/or length for trucks on Brown Avenue from
Cusseta Road to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. (Councilor Woodson)
