Attitude of Property Owners: Forty two (32) property owners within 300 feet of the

subject properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning

Department received zero comments regarding this case.



Additional Information: Regardless of the proposed use derived by Oracle in partnership with

Friends of Historic Claflin, the Planning Department supports a UPT zone for

this property to increase its marketability regardless of the end-user. The

property will never be utilized as an industrial site, and the mixed-use value

of the UPT creates significant flexibility for future development.
