O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-02-18-0306: An ordinance rezoning approximately .26
acres located at 3784 Graham Way (Parcel # 084-048-014). The current zoning is
SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district. The proposed zoning is
RMF1 (Residential Multifamily 1) zoning district. The proposed use is single
family. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend
approval. Applicant: Wright Wade (Councilor Baker)
(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-03-18-0427: An ordinance rezoning approximately 1.74
acres located at 3705 & 3709 Gentian Boulevard (Parcel #'s 069-011-003 and
069-011-001). The current zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning
district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial). The proposed use is
shopping center. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommend approval. Applicant: Jack Hayes (Councilor Baker)
(3) 1st Reading - An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 18-11 to substitute a
revised subparagraph (c)(3)Columbus Code Section 5-3 pertaining to the Animal
Control Advisory Board; and for other purposes. (Councilor Thomas)
(4) 1st Reading - An Ordinance providing for the demolition of structures; and
