Changing the January 6, 2015 Proclamation Meeting to a Proclamation/
Organization and Business Meeting, at 5:30 p.m.
WHEREAS, regular Council meetings shall commence at the time or times as
set forth in the rules of procedures by the Council of Columbus, Georgia; and,
WHEREAS, the Council shall meet at it?s usual meeting place for
organization at the regular meeting time set by the Council within seven (7)
days following the first Monday in January next following it?s election; and,
WHEREAS, the Tuesday, January 6, 2015 Proclamation Session should be
changed to a Proclamation/Organization and Business meeting; and,
NOW, THERFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the regularly scheduled monthly Proclamation Session is hereby
changed to a Proclamation/Organization and Business Session, to be held at 5:30
p.m. on January 6, 2015.

Introduced and read at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus,
Georgia held on the 2nd day of December 2014 and adopted at said meeting by the
affirmative vote of ________ members of Council.
