APPLICATION
The applicants, William Pound and Frank Comer, are requesting to amend the text
of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to allow existing buildings greater
than 5,000 square feet under roof in an NC zone to be granted a special
exception to lift the 5,000 square feet use requirement as dictated by the NC
zoning district requirements.
PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission (PAC) considered this text amendment at their
meeting on May 19, 2010. The PAC recommended approval.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Department recommends approval.
