AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ALONG THE WEST CURB OF PHILLIPS STREET BEGINNING AT
THE SOUTH CURB OF LEVY ROAD AND RUNNING SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 795 FEET SOUTH;
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING THE
NO PARKING ANYTIME RESTRICTION; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
A ?No parking Anytime? zone shall be establish along the West curb of Phillips
Street beginning at the south curb of Levy Road and running southerly a
distance 795 feet south.
SECTION II.
The official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the No Parking
Anytime zone described here within Section I.
SECTION III.
All ordinances and parts of any ordinance in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia,
held on the 23rd day of August, 2013; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day ___________, 2013, and adopted at
said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of Council.
