Ordinance (UDO) to amend several minor issues related to Chapter Three (3).

Delete Location from A. Location and Frontage and 1. Location to read as

Amend Section 3.2.53 Places of Worship as it relates to appropriate reference

section numbers



Amend reference to Sections 3.2.54 and 3.2.55 in Section 3.2.53.C. Location:



Location.



1. Permitted Use. A place of worship with less than 250 permanent seats or

approved capacity may be located as a permitted use as provided in Section

3.1.1.

2. Special Exception Use. A place of worship with 250 or more permanent

seats or approved capacity may be located as a special exception use as

provided in Section 3.1.1.



Amend reference to Section 3.2.65 in Section 3.2.53.F.5 Temporary Uses or

Special Events:



Additional Standards.



5. Temporary Uses or Special Events. Temporary uses or special events such as

outside religious, services, seasonal sales, seasonal displays, other events of

a limited nature may require a special events permit or approval as required in

Section 3.2.63 of this Chapter.



Amend Section 3.2.57. Schools, Vocational and Non-Academic as it relates to a

typo in 3.2.57.A Heavy Equipment Training



A. Heavy Equipment Training. Schools providing training for the use of heavy

equipment, including semi-trucks, construction vehicles, buses or similar types

of vehicles is permitted only in the LMI (MLI), HMI (MHI), and TECH zoning

districts.

meeting on June 4, 2008. The Planning Advisory Commission recommended
