AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending a condition in Ordinance #04-103 that amended
certain boundaries of a district located at 10274 Sable Oaks Drive and 10273
Greenfield Drive (formerly known as 8271 and 8201 Old Pope Road; and 8111,
8091, and 8101 Old Pope Road). The purpose of this amendment is to add
condition numbers 4 and 5.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 04-103 is hereby amended by adding new Condition
numbers 4,5 and 6:
4. The developer shall be permitted to delete Lots 48, 49, 89, 90, 91, 92, and
93 (referenced in the plat noted in Condition #1 of Ordinance 04-103, which is
attached as Example A) from the lot number requirement of Condition #1 and from
their designation in Condition #2 as an A-zoned lot.
5. The developer shall be restricted to a maximum of 18 new lots as depicted on
the attached preliminary plat (Example B) by Hobbs, Smith and Associates dated
April 15, 2013. The following new blocks and lot numbers as shown on said plat
are as follows and constitute the aforementioned lot maximum:
Block F, Lots 1 & 2
Block D, Lots 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42,
43, 44, 45, 46, & 47
Block A, Lots 49, 52, 53, 54, & 55.
6. Developer shall ensure that all lots have a minimum of 100-foot public
street frontage measured at the building line, except that Lots 49, 52, 53, 54
and 55, Block A, shall have a minimum 90-foot street frontage as measured at
the building line, as said lots are depicted on a plat of Sable Oaks of Midland
by Hobbs, Smith and Associates, Inc. dated April 15, 2013, which plat is hereby
incorporated by reference.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 11th day of June, 2013; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of__________, 2013 and adopted
at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
