CONSENT AGENDA



(1) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a

district located at 3605 Edgewood Road from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2)

District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District.



(2) 2nd Reading - an ordinance regulating the vehicular traffic in Columbus,

Georgia by establishing a No Parking Zone along Fifth Street, authorizing the

installation of official traffic control signs indicating said parking

restrictions, repealing conflicting ordinance and for other purposes.

Scope of RFB

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install a new standing seam metal

roof on Administration Bldg and roof repairs to (3) three SBS membrane roofs at

Muscogee County Prison and to remove the existing build-up roof at Carver Park

Gym and replace with a new TPO roof system. Vendors have the option of bidding

on either or both locations.
