2nd and 3rd Avenues, on Saturday, April 8, 2006, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.,

in connection with a ?Church Carnival?. (The Police Department recommends

approval.)



(7) Letter from Kenneth M. Henson advising that the Hospital Authority has

elected Yongmi Kim to fill the unexpired position of the late Mr. Harvey

Phelps; Mr. James B. Yancey to fill the position previously held by Dr. Emma
