ORDINANCES:



1. 2ND Reading - REZN-6-14-1318 ? Property located at 1042 Manchester

Expressway is proposed for rezoning from RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1)

Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. (District 8-

Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is for a grocery store with gas sales and

a shopping center. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the

Planning Department recommends conditional approval.



2. 2ND Reading ? REZN-7-14-1607 ? Property located at 511 Illges Road is

proposed for rezoning from LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District

to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. (District 3- Councilor Huff) The

current and proposed use is for personal services. The Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.



3. 2ND Reading ? REZN-8-14-1721 ? Property located at 906 Amber Drive is

proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC

(General Commercial) Zoning District. (District 4- Councilor Pugh) The

proposed use is for general retail. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends

approval and the Planning Department recommends conditional approval.
