O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 5150 Macon Road is proposed for
rezoning from RO (Residential- Office) District to SFR4 (Single Family
Residential 4) District. (79-D-06-Britland Properties, Inc.) (Councilor
McDaniel) (The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the
Planning Division recommends denial.)
(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 1120 Lockwood Avenue is proposed
for rezoning from RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District to RO
(Residential-Office) District. (3-A-07-MAM Properties) (Councilor McDaniel)
(The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.

(3) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at #7 and part of #11 Crown Circle
is proposed for rezoning from GC (General Commercial) District to LMI (Light

(4) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 3351 and part of 3361 North
Lumpkin Road is proposed for rezoning from LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial)
District and GC (General Commercial) to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2.)

the Planning Division recommend approval.)
(5) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located north of Susan Lane, south and west
of Glenview Drive is proposed for rezoning from SFR3 (Single Family Family 3)
District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District. (1-D-07-Welch)

the Planning Division recommends denial.)
(6) 1st Reading - An Ordinance amending the Columbus Code by adding a new
Existing Building Code that will provide opportunities for architects and
engineers in addition to those already provided in the New Building Code; and
for other purposes. (Councilor McDaniel)
(7) 1st Reading - An ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in Columbus,
Georgia by deleting from the ?Official Street Map, City of Columbus, Georgia?
the street segment and right-of-way of Warren Avenue from the south
right-of-way line of 14th Street southwesterly to the east right-of-way line of
Broadway; providing that all existing utility easements of record remain in
effect and providing appropriate width as required by the applicable utility
companies will be reserved for unknown utilities; authorizing the disposal of
said property in accordance with the Columbus Charter; repealing any
conflicting ordinances; and for other purposes. (Councilor McDaniel)
