The term of office of Mr. Richard G. Stallings on the Board of Tax
Assessors will expire on December 31, 2009. This will be the end of his second
full term of office on the board; therefore, he is not eligible to succeed
himself for another term of office.
Members of this board are appointed by the Council and must meet special
qualifications as required by Georgia Law. There are currently two women
serving on this board.
Enclosed is a copy of the current board members as well as a copy of the
data sheet on that board.
