(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-08-18-1542: An ordinance rezoning .44 acres located at
7277 Sorrel Court (parcel #101-027-023). The current zoning is RO (Residential
Office) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RFMI (Residential Multifamily
1) zoning district. The proposed use is single family. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: Chuck

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-08-18-1516: An ordinance rezoning 2.936 acres located
at 9942 & 9932 Veterans Parkway / 9099 Grey Rock Road (parcel #'s 105-001-005,
006, 007). The current zoning is RE1 (Residential Estate 1) and GC (General
Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial)
zoning district. The proposed use is general retail. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: George

R E S O L U T I O N S:
(3) A resolution of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, requesting the Columbus
Building Authority issue lease revenue bonds in the aggregate maximum principal
amount of $7,000,000; and for other purposes. (Columbus Council)
(4) A resolution expressing sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the
family of Mrs. Sarah Stewart, founder of the Stewart Community Home.
