proposed for rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to SFR4

Pro-Tem Rodgers) (The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division
recommend conditional approval.) (Delayed from January 31, 2006 Council meeting)
(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at the rear portion of 5010 Armour
Road is proposed for rezoning from RO (Residential/Office) District to GC

Family Residential 1) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and

R E S O L U T I O N S:
(5) Commending and congratulating Audrey B. Tillman, director of human
resources, facilities and health services at AFLAC, upon recently being
selected to serve on the Board of Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM). (Councilor Anthony)
(6) Commending and congratulating the employees listed upon completing all of
the requirements of the Financial Management Program for State and Local
Governments. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)
(7) Commending Mr. Sam M. Wellborn for his representation of the 8th
Congressional District, which includes Columbus, Georgia, on the State
Transportation Board and for his many contributions to the Columbus community.
