AN ORDINANCE
NO.
An Ordinance amending a condition in Ordinance #03-101 that amended
certain boundaries of a district located at 3845 and 3857 St. Mary's Road. The
purpose of this amendment is to amend condition number 4 and add condition
number 5.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 03-101 is hereby amended by amending Condition number 4 and
adding a new Conditions number 5:
4. The western property lines shall meet the requirements of Category C, Option
3 of the Buffer Ordinance.
5. The northern property lines shall meet the requirements of Category C,
Option 1 of the Buffer Ordinance.

held on the 26th day of November, 2013; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of________________, 2013 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
Council.
