AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3610 and 3612 Hamilton Road from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning
District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to RMF1
(Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED
TWENTY-ONE (21), in BLOCK LETTERED ?O?, of ROSE HILL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION,
together with adjacent property in said Block ?O? of Rose Hill Heights
Subdivision, north of said Lot 21, which adjacent property is a part of Joseph
Marion Survey, as said Lot and adjacent property to the north thereof is shown
upon a map or plat entitled ?Lot 21, Block ?O?, Revised Map of Rose Hill
Heights, Part of Joseph Marion Survey and Adjacent Tract?, dated November 26,
1986, made by Moon, Meeks & Patrick, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 100, Folio
42, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,
Georgia, which reference is made for a more particular location and description
of said tracts.

13th day of September, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of

said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
