O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 5064 Warm Springs Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. (5-CA-09-Jordan) (Councilor Henderson)
The proposed use is for an office. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends
approval and the Planning Department recommends conditional approval. (As
amended)
(2) 2nd Reading - Property located at 2004 6th Avenue is proposed for rezoning
from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to RO (Residential
Office) zoning district. (4-A-09-Jordan) (Councilor Henderson) The proposed use
is for an office. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommend approval.
(3) 2nd Reading ? Property located at the National Infantry Museum site on
South Lumpkin Road is proposed for rezoning from SFR1 (Single Family
Residential 1) zoning district to GC (General Commercial) zoning district.
(6-A-09-Poydasheff) (Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is the National
Infantry Museum and accessory uses. The Planning Advisory Commission and the
Planning Department recommend approval.
(4) 2nd Reading ? Text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to
correct several typographical errors in Chapter 10 of the Unified Development
Ordinance. (7-A-09-Planning Department) (Councilor McDaniel) The Planning
Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.
