Traffic Impact: This rezoning request will not change the level of service (LOS) from

its current level of B. This development will increase traffic on Whitesville

Road by 382 annual average daily trips (AADT).

Attitude of Property Owners: Five (5) property owners within 300 feet of the subject

properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department

received no calls and emails regarding the rezoning.
