RESOLUTION
NO.
WHEREAS, Mr. William E. Reynolds, Jr., former employee with the Columbus Police
Department, died on July 3, 2009;
WHEREAS, Mr. Reynolds retired on November 1, 1997 after serving 24 years with
the Columbus Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mr. William E. Reynolds, Jr. our sincere
condolences and deepest sympathy. Mr. Reynolds was an outstanding employee
with the Fire Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
11th day of August, 2009, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote
