O R D I N A N C E S:





(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 418 Andrews Road/2315 Clover Lane is

proposed for rezoning from RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) zoning district to

GC (General Commercial) zoning district. (45-A-08-Thomas) (Councilor McDaniel)

The proposed use is day care center. The Planning Advisory Commission and the

Planning Department recommend approval. (As amended)



(2) 2nd Reading - Property located at 2221 & 2311 Manchester Expressway is

proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district to GC

(General Commercial) zoning district. (46-A-08-Mize) (Councilor McDaniel) The

proposed use is for office. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

Department recommend approval.



(3) 2nd Reading ? Text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to amend

several typographical errors regarding Chapters 8, 12 and 13 of the Unified

Development Ordinance. (47-A-08 Planning Department) (Councilor McDaniel) The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.



(4) 1st Reading - Property located at 6801 and 6923 River Road is proposed for

rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district to PCD (Planned

Commercial Development) zoning district. (48-CA-08-North End, LLC) (Councilor

McDaniel) The proposed use is for a master planned commercial development. The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional

approval.





R E S O L U T I O N S:



(5) SEU0808-1) Special Exception Use request to construct a wireless

communications facility at 425 Old Buena Vista RoadBoth the Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.



(6) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Willie Marie Battle upon her retirement

from the Muscogee Manor and Rehab Center after 24 years of service. (Mayor

Pro-Tem Pugh)



(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. John Gray Conger upon his retirement from

the District Attorney?s Office after 35 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)



(8) Expressing appreciation to Chief Judge Kenneth B. Followill upon his

retirement from Muscogee County Superior Court after 44 years of service.

(9) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Sherry A. Gray upon her retirement

from the Columbus Metropolitan Airport after 30 years of service. (Mayor

(10) Expressing appreciation to Chief Deputy Jimmy H. Griffin upon his

retirement from the Muscogee County Sheriff?s Department after 40 years of

service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)



(11) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Marie Jackson upon her retirement from the

Muscogee County Adult Probation after 27 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)



(12) Expressing appreciation to Sheriff Ralph B. Johnson upon his retirement

from the Muscogee County Sheriff?s Department after 26 years of service.
