I. FY2009 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
Approval is requested for the adoption of the FY2009 Holiday Schedule
designating December 26, 2008 as the floating holiday. An agenda report,

II. CENTRAL GEORGIA RAILROAD COMPANY AGREEMENT:
Authorization is requested to execute an agreement with Central of Georgia
Railroad Company for railroad improvements at 9th Street/Front Avenue, 9th
Street/ Broadway, 9th/1st. Avenue, 9th/2nd Avenue, 9th Street/3rd Avenue, 9th
Street/Veterans Parkway and 9th Street/5th Avenue. An agenda report, agreement

III. JUVENILE DRUG COURT GRANT - PURCHASE OF SERVICES:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept
additional funding in the amount of $7,500 from the Council of Juvenile Court
Judges of Georgia for the Purchase of Services Grant. An agenda report and

IV. JUVENILE DRUG COURT GRANT - ACCOUNTABILITY COURTS - OPERATIONS:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept
funds from the Judicial Council of Georgia Standing Committee on Accountability
Courts for the operation of a Juvenile Drug Court Program. An agenda report

Scope of Bid
Provide one (1) 16-Foot Box Body Truck w/Lift Gate cutaway to be used by the
Police Department.
2. Electric Motor Repair Service (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 08-0041
Scope of Bid
Provide repair services for electric motors. The repairs will include all
single and three phase electric motors up to 150 HP to include, but not limited
to, Belt-Drive A/C Blower Motors, Direct-Drive A/C Blower Motors and Water
Circulators.
3. Swim Gear (Annual Contract) - RFB No. 08-0042
Scope of Bid
Provide various types of swimming gear on an ?as needed? basis to the Columbus
Parks and Recreation Division. The term of the contract will be for two (2)
year with option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.
