APPLICATION
Request to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to amend
minor errors and material changes in various Chapters. The amendments deal
with the following: an appeal process for the 150-feet stream buffer
requirement within the 7-mile Lake Oliver Watershed zone and adding language to
include reference to the Uptown Facade Board as it relates to Certificates of
Appropriateness.
PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission considered this text amendment at their
meeting on December 16, 2009. The Planning Advisory Commission recommended
approval.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Department recommends approval.
