Peter,

I just received a phone call from the nursing home that my Mom has another

appointment. Unfortunately, it's on April 16 and will more than likely run into

the board meeting, maybe even beyond that time. The surgeon she has to see can

only see her on Wednesdays.

I regret not being able to fulfill my obligation to the CCVB but my Mom's

health is declining and is requiring my full attention and presence. As a

result, I will be rendering my letter of resignation to the board. The board

deserves board members who can fully commit and I can not at this time.

Thank you for everything. I have learned so much about our city since joining

the CCVB. The board members are awesome and very passionate. Wishing you and

the board continued blessings.

Wanted to give you the heads up.
