Have the staff to compile some information with regards to having a
meeting on the third Tuesday of the month. (Request of Councilor Henderson)
Also, come back with a list of suggestions to show the pros and cons. (Request
of Mayor Tomlinson)

SPAY & NEUTER:
Have the Administration to provide a report every four months to show the
impact of adopting an ordinance that authorizes a $100.00 fine for citizens
adopting animals but fail to report that the animal has been spayed or
neutered. (Request of Councilor Davis)
