I. UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UD0) - VARIANCE:



Authorization is requested to amend a variance to the UDO City Code Section

7.3.4 that requires an interval of 800 feet for intersecting roadways along an

Arterial such as Whitesville Road to allow a separation of 593 feet apart

measured centerline to centerline between Whittlesey Road and the proposed new

II. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) - COLUMBUS STATE UNIVERSITY:



Authorization is requested to execute a MOU with Columbus State University

(CSU), Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, for constructing a

new T-intersection at Cougar Court and Algonquin Drive in exchange CSU will

accept ownership and maintenance of Algonquin Drive from the north right-of-way

northerly and Cougar Court from the north right-of-way line of Algonquin Drive

north to the south right-of-way line of Gentian Boulevard. An agenda report,

III. GOLDEN PARK CELL TOWER LEASE:



Authorization is requested to enter into a lease agreement with Columbus Land

Management, LLC, for a five-year property lease agreement on space at Golden

Park to install and operate a telecommunication facility. An agenda report and

IV. LEARNING TOGETHER PARENTS AS TEACHERS PROGRAM GRANT:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept a

$229,600 grant from the Governor's Office for Children and Families (Caring

Communities: A System of Care Approach). An agenda report and resolution are

Scope of RFB

This specification covers one hundred (100) Police Pursuit Vehicles to be used

by the Police Department.

1. Portable Toilet Rental and Service (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 09-0046

Scope of Bid

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia (the City) is seeking vendors

to provide portable toilets, hand washing stations and grey water collection

containers at various City location sites. The contract term will be for two

(2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month

periods.

1. Medical Evaluation Services for Columbus Fire/EMS Department (Annual

Contract) ? RFP No. 09-0021

Scope of RFP

Provide medical evaluation services for the Columbus Consolidated Government,

Fire/EMS Department on an ?as needed basis?. The initial term of the current

contract will be for two years with the option to renew for three additional

12-month periods. The contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual

agreement of the City and the Contractor.
