proposed for rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District to HMI (Heavy
Manufacturing/Industrial) District. (57-CA-05-Ford) (Councilor McDaniel) (The
Planning Advisory Commission recommend approval and the Planning Division
recommends conditional approval.)
(2) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning property located at 2780 Smith Road is proposed for
rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District to HMI (Heavy
Manufacturing/Industrial) District. (58-A-05-Ford) (Councilor McDaniel) (The
Planning Advisory Commission recommend approval and the Planning Division
recommends conditional approval.)
